How do I gain access to the Sniffie Trial?

To gain access to your free Sniffie trial simply go to and submit a demo request by clicking on the green Free Trial button.

This will open up a demo request form. Once you have filled in the demo request form you must submit it by clicking on the button which reads “claim your free trial now.” This is the only way to activate your free Sniffie trial. The process is automatic and we cannot enable a free trial for you otherwise.

How long is the free trial period?

The free trial period length is 7 days, and begins the moment you receive your free trial confirmation email. As the registration process is fully automatic, you should receive the free trial confirmation email a few minutes after submitting your demo request. If you do not see the confirmation email in your inbox please check your spam folder, and make sure your inbox is not full.

I did not receive the confirmation email for my free Sniffie trial. What should I do?

Please allow a few minutes for the email to arrive. If you have not received the email after 15 minutes please check your spam folder and make sure that your email inbox is not full.

If your inbox is not full, and you did not find the confirmation email in your spam folder then please submit a support request by clicking on the chat icon at the bottom right of this page. A member of our support team will be happy to help you

I have already taken part in a free trial once. May I request a new free trial?

Yes, it is possible to request a second free trial period. Please leave a request for a new free trial with our sales team via our Intercom chat.

To open a chat with the sales team, click on the chat icon at the bottom right corner of this screen. The sales team will review your request and contact you once they have activated your second trial period.

How does a Sniffie free trial compare to normal Sniffie usage?

In the free trial version of Sniffie, you have the possibility to test out Sniffie within a curated demo environment, using curated demo data. You are not able to use your own data in the Sniffie free trial.

The trial environment resets every hour. This means that any changes you make to pricing strategies, etc.., within the demo application may be reset. However, for ease of use your dashboards and tags are saved throughout the duration of your trial period.

In addition, several other features are disabled in the free trial version of Sniffie. These include but are not limited to:

  1. Password reset

  2. Dashboard sharing

  3. Tag sharing

  4. Data upload

  5. Date editor and data editing

  6. Administrative features such as user management

  7. Price matrix reports

  8. Certain pricing actions such as certain dynamic pricing operators and (bulk) manual repricing

  9. Improved forecasting modules

Should you decide to start using Sniffie as a customer, your service package can be tailored to fit your own unique needs!

Free Trial uses summer 2022 version of Sniffie. Any features released after that are not available for Free Trial.

Is the Sniffie Trial version linked to my normal Sniffie account?

No, the free trial version of Sniffie is a standalone service, which is in no way linked to your normal Sniffie account.
